Our supporter questionnaire has been designed with you in mind. It is to be used as a platform for you to voice your thoughts and opinions, providing you with an opportunity to play an active role in shaping the future of our football club.

How to Participate
Participation is easy. The questionnaire has been created using Microsoft Forms and is available by clicking the link below. It will take you roughly 20 minutes to complete. It is important that you read all the information presented to you at the beginning of the questionnaire and answer as honestly as you can. Deadline for entries are Thursday 31st August 2023.

Every supporter who completes the questionnaire will be entered into a draw to win a £30.00 voucher to used in the club shop at Victory Park.
